Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and professional Commercial Driver to join our operational team in the Mohali / Tricity area.

The ideal candidate will represent our organization with utmost professionalism, ensuring protected, punctual, and comfortable transportation for corporate clients, executives, and official visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Executive Transport: Provide safe, reliable, and punctual driving services for assigned trips, executive pick-and-drop transfers, and official duties.
- Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking oil, coolant, tire pressure, brakes, and lights). Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept immaculately clean inside and out.
- Logbook & Trip Tracking: Maintain clear, accurate, and timely vehicle logbook entries, recording start/end odometer readings, fuel logs, and daily route details.
- Route Planning & Safety: Select efficient routes using GPS tools, considering traffic patterns, road conditions, and local regulation compliance.
- Professional Conduct: Adhere strictly to road safety laws, company standards, and client confidentiality.



Maintain an excellent standard of personal hygiene and uniform presentation at all times.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Police Clearance Certificate (PCC): Mandatory. Must possess a valid Police Verification Certificate / Police Clearance Certificate issued by the local police authorities (or be ready to obtain one immediately upon selection).
- Driver’s License: Valid Commercial Driving License (LMV / Transport endorsement) issued by the competent licensing authority.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of professional driving experience in executive, corporate, or commercial fleet services.
- Clean Track Record: Flawless driving history with no history of major traffic violations, accidents, or criminal/DUI offenses.
- Route Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local routes, landmarks, and traffic regulations across Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, and regional highways.
- Communication: Conversant in Punjabi and Hindi. Basic functional understanding of English is preferred for handling transport apps and logbooks.
- Soft Skills: Courteous, punctual, highly dependable, and professional demeanor.
