Wellwith Mangaluru is looking for an experienced and responsible Store In-Charge to manage our retail store operations and customer experience.

? Location: Mangaluru, Karnataka

? Position: Store In-Charge

? Gender: NA

? Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail/store operations

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations

• Handle customers and provide excellent product guidance

• Manage billing, cash handling and daily sales

• Maintain inventory and stock records

• Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness

• Coordinate with the management for stock replenishment and operations

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets

• Maintain daily store reports and operational discipline

? What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of retail/store experience





• Positive communication and customer-handling skills

• Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management

• Responsible, punctual and organized

• Sales-oriented and target-driven

• Ability to independently manage day-to-day store operations

• Knowledge of Kannada and English is preferred
