Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing industry.
- Solid knowledge of H1B, OPT, C2C visa sponsorship processes.
- Experience working with clients across different industries including IT services & consulting.
