Manage all Industrial Relations activities
Plan and allocate manpower as per requirements
Prepare and manage daily shift rosters,attendance,leave records,etc
Monitor contractor statutory compliance,wage records
Address disciplinary matters

Required Candidate profile

8-15 Years of experience in Plant HR, Industrial Relations, and Factory HR Operations, preferably in Dairy, Food Processing, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Process Industries.
