Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage accounting operations, P&L; preparation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, finalization of accounts, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and internal/statutory audits.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare and review Monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.
- Analyze P&L; variances and provide management insights.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Tax Consultants.
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents and audit working papers.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
- Conduct ledger scrutiny, reconciliation and review of outstanding balances.
- Monitor Receivables, Payables, Bank Reconciliation and Cash Flow.




- Ensure proper accounting controls and compliance with company policies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with HO, banks, auditors and other external agencies.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of P&L; and Balance Sheet preparation.
- Good understanding of Audit procedures and internal controls.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation.
- Excellent knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
- Experience in financial analysis and MIS reporting.
- Good reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, apparel, retail or trading.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with hands-on experience in P&L;, Audit, GST, taxation, finalization of accounts and management reporting will be preferred.
