Role & responsibilities
- Connect with customers through company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain customer and follow-up records.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers / candidates with 03 years of experience.
- Any Graduate; BBA/MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Interested in Sales, Customer Interaction and Business Development.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales/Marketing/Telecalling experience or internship is an advantage.
