Job Responsibilities:
- Generate LAP leads through field visits, DSA, brokers, references and other channels.
- Meet customers and understand their financial and property requirements.
- Explain LAP products, eligibility, interest rates and repayment terms.
- Collect and verify KYC, income and property documents.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal and Valuation teams for loan processing.
- Follow up from loan login to sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain robust customer and channel-partner relationships.
- Achieve monthly business targets and ensure timely conversions.
