Work Timing - 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Employment -Permanent & Full Time

Interview Pattern - R1 - Telephonic /Virtual

R2 - Technical - with client - Virtual

R3 - In person /Face To Face

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Linux Administration

- Basic to Intermediate administration of RHEL, Rocky Linux, CentOS, and Ubuntu
- User, group, and permission management
- Package management using YUM, DNF, and APT
- System boot process and service management (system)
- Filesystem and storage management
- Log analysis and troubleshooting

Networking

- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, FTP, SSH
- Knowledge of Broadcast and Multicast communication
- Troubleshooting network connectivity issues using ping, traceroute, tcpdump, netstat, ss, and nmap
- Basic VLAN and routing concepts

Server H/W knowledge

- Basic Knowledge on Server Hardware
- Memory Modules type & CPU Socket & Cores
- RAID
- Server Remote management using BIOS

Security & Compliance





- Linux server hardening as per security standards
- Vulnerability assessment remediation support
- VA/CA findings analysis and closure
- Basic firewall administration (firewalld, iptables)

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

- Incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Performance monitoring of CPU, Memory, Disk, and Network utilization
- Basic knowledge of monitoring tools such as Site24x7, Dynatrace, or equivalent

Scripting & Automation

- Basic Shell Scripting (Bash)
- Task automation using cron jobs
- Basic understanding of Ansible is preferred

High Availability & Infrastructure

- Basic understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware)
- Understanding of server provisioning and decommissioning processes
- Exposure to backup and restore concepts
