Job Description:

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Conduct interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions with customers to capture business needs and technical requirements.
Translate customer needs into detailed Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), use cases, and process flows.
Validate technical feasibility of requirements with solution architects and development teams.
Identify integration points, data models, and business rules required for MES based solutions.

2. Project Planning & Estimation

Prepare accurate effort and cost estimations for MES projects.
Define project scope, delivery timelines, and resource plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare development and deployment strategies.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular status updates, highlight risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Facilitate demos, POCs, and UAT cycles with customers.

5. Quality Assurance & Governance

Ensure adherence to Industrial IoT development best practices and coding guidelines.




Oversee test planning, defect tracking, and acceptance criteria validation.
Ensure all deliverables meet functional, technical, and security standards.

6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including FRS, architecture diagrams, test reports, and deployment guides.
Track project KPIs, delivery performance, and team productivity metrics.

Job Requirements:

Experience in Thing Worx or equivalent Platforms shall be preferred.
Candidate must have experience in components such as Mashups, Composer.
IoT integration development in platforms such as KEPServer, Matrikon.
Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, MQTT, OPC, SQL/NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of IoT solution architecture and system integrations.
Ability to review and guide the development team on Industrial IoT best practices.
Proven experience in FRS creation, requirement gathering, and stakeholder interviews.
Prior experience in project management with Agile or Hybrid delivery models.
Solid capability in cost estimation, budgeting, and effort planning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-interaction skills.
Experience leading internal teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Certification or training in Thing Worx or equivalent IoT platforms.
Project Management certifications (Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
Experience delivering IoT solutions in domains like Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Chemicals, Energy & utilities and White goods manufacturing.
