Business Apps - Net Suite Managed App Services Supervisor

The Net Suite Integration Developer for MAS is responsible for supporting multiple client businesses by maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting Net Suite integrations. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting seamless connections between the Net Suite ERP platform and various third-party systems. It carries a strategic focus on building scalable, efficient, and reliable integration solutions that align with evolving business needs. This position requires strong technical expertise in Suite Script and Suite Talk, along with hands-on experience working with APIs such as REST and SOAP, as well as integration connectors and middleware platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of ERP systems and business workflows.

Key responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and clients to gather integration requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Net Suite and external systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms, ERP, and custom applications) using Suite Script, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi, Celigo, and Mule Soft.
- Implement, configure, and automate data transfers using SFTP or SPS Commerce between Net Suite and external applications, including support for ASN, invoices, purchase orders, and acknowledgment file exchanges.
- Perform script optimizations and conversions from Suite Script 1.0 to 2.x, resolving issues such as timeouts, memory limits, and performance bottlenecks.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues by identifying root causes and implementing fixes, enhancements,



or workarounds to maintain system stability and data integrity.
- Support data migration, synchronization, and transformation tasks during implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Optimize integration performance, system scalability, and user experience by proactively identifying and addressing technical inefficiencies.
- Ensure customizations remain compatible with Net Suite platform updates; participate in system upgrades and recommend solutions aligned with new features and best practices.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, including integration workflows, custom scripts, data mappings, and resolution procedures for ongoing reference.
- Provide technical support and training to clients, internal teams, and end-users as needed.
- Familiar with Net Suite connectors and Suite Apps for enabling seamless third-party integrations and expanding platform functionality.
- Stay up to date with Net Suite releases, enhancements, and system upgrades, and recommend solutions aligned with new features and best practices.

Required qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Net Suite development, with a focus on integrations, Suite Script 2.x, Suite Flow, and Suite Analytics/SuiteQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Suite Script, Suite Talk, RESTlets, web services for building and troubleshooting integrations.
- Understanding of Net Suite architecture and core ERP modules, along with familiarity with EDI and workflow automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent analytical abilities.
- Experience to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, debug and resolve complex integration issues,



and optimize system performance.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience integrating Net Suite with third-party applications such as ADP, Clear Tax, Salesforce, Shopify, Workday, Coupa, and others.
- Basic understanding of middleware platforms like Dell Boomi, Celigo, and Mule Soft.
- Working knowledge of Java Script, SQL, JSON, and XML.
- Familiarity with Net Suite administration and configuration, including roles, permissions, custom fields, and forms, is a plus.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Hands-on experience using Web Storm IDE with the SDF for Net Suite development.
- Proficiency with version control tools like Git, including branching, merging, and code reviews.
- Net Suite certifications (e.g., Suite Cloud Developer, Application Developer, Web Services Developer) are a strong plus.
