Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire customers for secured loan products.
- Source Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans and Property-backed Loans.
- Handle field sales, lead generation and customer visits.
- Develop business through DSA, connectors, builders, property dealers and references.
- Understand customer requirements and assess basic eligibility.
- Collect KYC, income and property-related documents.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical and Operations teams.
- Follow up on loan applications from login to sanction and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales, login, sanction and disbursement targets.




- Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Eligibility

- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Gold Loan or other asset/secured & Unsecured loan/ loan products.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
