Required Experience: Candidates with experience in any of the following:
- Home Loan (HL)
- Business Loan (BL)
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Gold Loan
- Other Retail Asset Products
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and acquire customers for loan products.
- Handle end-to-end loan sales and customer relationship management.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams.
- Follow up with customers from lead generation to disbursement.
- Maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Retail Assets/Loan Sales.
- Good knowledge of loan products and customer acquisition.
- CIBIL score 750+ required.
- Solid communication and sales skills.
- Graduate preferred.
