Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Vadodara. The role involves sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals for opportunities in the US healthcare market.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Excellent English communication skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, Linked In, databases, and other recruitment channels.

- Review and screen candidate resumes according to job requirements.

- Communicate with healthcare professionals regarding job opportunities.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.

- Explain job details, requirements, schedules,



and other relevant information to candidates.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment systems.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare candidates.

- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates and internal teams.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.

- Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.

- Willingness to work onsite in Vadodara and during the US night shift.

- Basic computer and internet research skills.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with healthcare recruitment or US staffing experience will be preferred.
