Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and user-friendly web/mobile/enterprise applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UX guidelines.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent user experiences.
- Present design concepts and incorporate stakeholder/user feedback.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Expertise in User Research, Information Architecture, Wireframing, Prototyping, Interaction Design, and Usability Testing.
- Positive understanding of Design Thinking, responsive design, accessibility, and Agile/Scrum.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing UX case studies is required.
