Back up monitoring
Restoration activities
Ticket monitoring for respective support area and communicate with customer for additional
information and status update
Responsible for triaging and solving of production issues and updating the tickets to the stakeholders
by adhering to the SLAs.




Work on resolution of tickets as per priority and perform requests, recovery, data fix etc.
Problem Management
Maintain all relevant documentation.
Jira queue monitoring, create and update tickets with resolution details, categorization
Responsible for updating the tickets/ addressing any escalations and sharing the progress with the end
users
Keep updated on support process knowledge and overall adherence to SLA and metrics
Perform initial troubleshooting, do analysis, resolve customer's concerns
