Profile: Client Relationship Associate (CRA) – Outbound Tele calling
Process: Fund Collection / Fundraising Process

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls and communicating with potential donors regarding NGO fundraising activities and support initiatives.

Candidate Eligibility

- Gender: Female Candidates Only

- Age: 18 to below 30 years

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation Pursuing / Graduate

- Experience: Freshers can apply

- Communication: Basic communication skills required

- Work Mode: On-site

- Minimum Requirement: 15 candidates per week

- Hiring: 365 days a year

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,100 per month

- ESI: As applicable / ESI Card

- Attendance Bonus: ₹500

- Incentives: Additional incentives as per company performance policy

Job Location & Working Details

Location: A-100, Sector 4, Near Sector 16 Metro Station, Noida

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Sunday: Fixed Weekly Off

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

- Work Mode: In office
