Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security / Information Security Leader with 15+ years of overall IT experience and solid expertise in Cyber Security Operations, Incident Response, Security Architecture, Cloud Security, Cyber Risk Management, Application Security and Security Governance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading enterprise cybersecurity functions, managing security teams, driving security strategy and responding to high-priority security incidents in complex/global environments.

Strong Incident Response / real-time security response experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage enterprise-wide Cyber Security / Information Security functions and security operations.

- Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, policies, standards and security controls aligned with business objectives.

- Lead Incident Response for high-severity and critical cybersecurity incidents, including detection, investigation, containment, eradication and recovery.

- Drive 24x7 / real-time security monitoring and response capabilities and improve MTTD/MTTR.

- Lead security incident investigations, incident command, crisis management and executive-level communication during major security events.

- Review and strengthen Security Architecture across enterprise applications, infrastructure and cloud environments.

- Drive Cloud Security initiatives across AWS, Azure and/or GCP environments.

- Lead Cyber Risk / IT Risk Management, risk assessments, control reviews,



remediation and risk mitigation activities.

- Oversee Threat Management, Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management programs.

- Drive Application Security / Secure SDLC / Dev SecOps practices, including security testing and vulnerability remediation.

- Manage and improve SOC capabilities, including SIEM, EDR, SOAR, threat detection and response technologies.

- Establish security KPIs, KRIs, SLAs and operational governance frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX or equivalent frameworks.

- Manage third-party / vendor security risks and security service providers.

- Lead, mentor and develop cybersecurity teams and security professionals.

- Partner with CISO, CIO, technology, risk, audit and business leadership on cybersecurity strategy and risk decisions.

- Prepare and present cybersecurity, risk, incident and compliance reports to senior management/executive stakeholders.

- 15+ years of overall IT experience

- Proven Cyber Security leadership / team management experience
