Job Description
Summary:
The Scanning Associate plays a vital role within the Logistics and Warehouse/FC department by ensuring the integrity of inventory records. This position focuses on the precise documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments, guaranteeing that tracking data remains accurate and up-to-date to support effective operations.
Responsibilities:

- Utilize handheld scanners or mobile applications to scan parcels during inbound receipt accurately, sorting, and dispatch phases.

- Verify shipment labels, barcodes, and physical counts against the provided manifest to confirm data consistency.

- Immediately notify supervisors of any discrepancies, including damaged goods, missing items, or mismatched shipments.

- Maintain a tidy scanning workstation and organize parcels efficiently according to specific routes or zones.

- Achieve daily scanning volume targets while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

Requirements

- Educational qualification of 10th or 12th pass; candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.





- Proficiency in using basic smartphone interfaces or handheld scanning devices.

- Strong attention to detail and the flexibility to work across various shifts.

Requirements
- Experienced interior designer/Architect are eligible. - GRADUATE FRESHERS (interior design/fine arts/creative field) OR FRESHERS WITH DIPLOMA IN INTERIOR DESIGNING CAN APPLY. - Both Male & Female candidates can apply. - The graduation course must be a full time regular one. - Age should be less than 25 years. - Should have 50% marks in class X,XII &Graduation;(Without year gap throughout Graduation). - Excellent communication & people skills. - Should be able to know local language & Hindi & English. - Should be an Indian citizen. - High orientation for customer servicing and customer delight since this is a showroom services role. - Ability to learn and work with technology applications & software related to home décor. - Orientation towards colour and basic understanding of colour in the home décor space.
