Role summary
Own outbound inside sales motions: call and email prospects, qualify interest, keep Zoho CRM clean, and book meetings for the founder and sales team.

Responsibilities

- Run outbound calls and email sequences to target accounts and contacts
- Qualify leads against agreed criteria and route next steps clearly
- Maintain accurate, timely records in Zoho CRM (stages, notes, follow-ups)
- Book discovery / sales meetings for the founder and sales team
- Coordinate handoffs so meetings start with useful context
- Hit agreed activity and pipeline hygiene expectations set by your manager

Requirements

- About 1 year in inside sales, SDR,



or similar outbound sales role
- Ideally B2B tech, SaaS, or cloud services experience
- Robust written and spoken English
- Comfortable working to activity and outcome targets
- Reliable remote work habits and CRM discipline

Nice to have

- Prior use of Zoho CRM (or similar CRM)
- Exposure to AWS / cloud consulting or industrial software buyers
- Experience booking meetings for founders or senior sellers

Compensation
₹20,000 Fixed Gross per month. Benefits and other components as applicable under company policy and payroll confirmation.
