1. Amazon Connect Engineer Deep and relevant contact center industry experience
2. Experience developing solutions using Amazon Connect| Lex| Lambda|
3. Experience and expertise building integrations across SSO AD| CRM| Case management| WFM and other related contact center solutions
4. Experience with software development using one or more development or scripting languages (e.g. Python| Node.js)
