Key responsibilities

- Define and execute the organization's AI/ML strategy, architecture, technical roadmap, and delivery standards.
- Lead, mentor, and grow teams of data scientists, ML engineers, AI engineers, and cross-functional technical partners.
- Design end-to-end machine-learning systems, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Establish robust MLOps practices using automated pipelines, experiment tracking, model versioning, CI/CD, governance, observability, and production monitoring.
- Drive model optimization through hyperparameter tuning, A/B testing, and champion challenger model frameworks.




- Architect and deliver solutions using AWS services, particularly Amazon Sage Maker, Amazon Bedrock, and related cloud services.
- Build and scale data and AI workloads using Databricks, including notebooks, MLflow, feature engineering, model lifecycle management, and Lakehouse capabilities.
- Partner with data engineering teams to use Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud data platforms effectively for ML and AI workloads.
- Lead system design for real-time and batch ML platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
