Job Summary:
This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition and reporting for a fast-growing technology company. The Revenue Accountant will execute close activities, analyze contracts, and collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. The position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end and quarter-end revenue closing procedures.
- Analyze customer contracts to ensure proper revenue treatment.
- Investigate and resolve revenue-related variances.
- Execute and document SOX controls for revenue processes.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with US GAAP, specifically ASC 606.




- Proficiency in revenue accounting for SaaS or subscription models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Industry Experience:
Experience in the software or SaaS industry, with a focus on revenue accounting, is highly preferred for this role.
