Job Title: Sales Support Engineer / Order Management Associate
Location: Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
- Support order management activities including sales order processing and invoicing.
- Coordinate with customers, sales teams, factories, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update order documentation and records.
- Track open orders, pending actions, and delivery schedules.
- Support product selection for instrumentation and water analytics solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of quotation and order management activities as per customer deadlines.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of SAP SD/MM modules.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
- Good communication and coordination skills.




- Understanding of sales support and order management processes.

- Pressure Measurement: Bourdon Tubes, Diaphragms, Differential Pressure (DP)
- Temperature Measurement: Thermocouples, Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs)
