Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops to understand business processes and PLM needs.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Assess Teamcenter product fitment and recommend practical solution options.
Drive cross-functional reviews and obtain requirement convergence.
Validate approved requirements in the Teamcenter workplace.
Support offshore delivery and act as the onsite functional interface.

Business requirement analysis and fitment
Detailed functional requirements
Functional workshops and stakeholder convergence
End-to-end BOM management
Data security, localisation and operations processes
Cross-team solution alignment and validation

Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Ability to collaborate in Agile or structured delivery models.

Ability to work effectively across multi-vendor and onsite-offshore teams.
