This role will lead the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies across a cluster of hotel properties, strengthening brand positioning and increasing market visibility. You will oversee a broad portfolio spanning digital marketing, social media, content, public relations, media relations, campaigns, promotions, and internal communications. The position combines creative storytelling with strong commercial thinking to generate awareness, engagement, and revenue opportunities. You will work closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities. Success will require balancing brand consistency with locally relevant campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Accountabilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with hotel business objectives and brand positioning.

Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, online content, digital campaigns, and performance initiatives.

Lead the creation of engaging content, campaigns, promotions, and communications that increase awareness and strengthen brand perception.

Oversee public relations and media relations, building solid relationships with journalists, agencies, suppliers, and relevant external partners.

Coordinate internal communications to ensure employees and stakeholders remain informed and aligned with key initiatives.

Partner closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, and other departments to ensure marketing activities support commercial priorities.
