Join a global Customer Success team supporting enterprise customers with complex data and product analytics needs. You’ll act as a trusted technical partner, helping customers build reliable, scalable, and well-governed analytics foundations. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with consultative customer engagement across data architecture, taxonomy, integrations, and instrumentation. You’ll investigate data challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate findings into practical action plans. You’ll work across technologies including CDPs, event pipelines, cloud data warehouses, SDKs, and APIs. Collaboration with product, engineering, support, and technical success teams will be central to improving both customer outcomes and internal processes. Accountabilities:

•
Serve as a trusted technical advisor and hands-on operator for enterprise customers, helping them maximize the value of their product analytics workplace.

Apply deep expertise in analytics products and data management to guide customers through data audits, taxonomy improvements, and implementation best practices.

•
Help customers map data-flow architectures between analytics platforms and upstream sources such as Segment, mParticle, Snowflake, BigQuery, and RudderStack.

•
Develop practical playbooks that support the integration of analytics solutions into additional data flows and business processes.

•
Conduct detailed investigations into data discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend prioritized action plans.

Audit existing implementations against best practices, including SDK versions, instrumentation patterns, property
