Strategic Business Development & Solutions Enablement R&D; Operations is a key strategic contributor responsible for leading the end-to-end development of competitive, technically accurate, and commercially compelling proposals for R&D; services.

• The Manager works closely with Sales, Operations and Solution Architect to ensure proposals are delivered on time. The candidate is expected to demonstrate robust stakeholder management skills, proactively engage internal subject matter experts (SMEs), and drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the business development & solutions enablement function.

• • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multiservice proposals in a competitive outsourcing environment.
