Hiring: US IT Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment and strong knowledge of the US recruitment process.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring processes
- Good understanding of US IT technologies, job roles, and staffing requirements
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other channels

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for US-based clients.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills, experience, and communication.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the recruitment process.




- Negotiate rates, salaries, and terms with candidates when required.
- Maintain accurate candidate and submission records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of US IT Recruitment and staffing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable sourcing and Boolean search skills
- Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Willingness to work in US time zones/night shifts
