How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:
• Understand operational requirements, research best practices, and assist with the design and implementation of new processes and tools.
• Cultivate a team setting that provides exceptional customer service and ensures all staff members perform at a consistently high level.
• Motivate team members, instill accountability, and achieve results.
• Ensure effectiveness of a team of Process Associates.
• Prepare MIS reports.




• Interact with customers and manage their queries.
• Provide day-to-day coordination of team activities.
• Attend and respond to written/electronic correspondence.
• Lead and manage teams with prior Team Lead experience.
• Handle a team of 10+ FTEs.
• Generate process improvement ideas through Kaizen and projects.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to enhance organizational reputation.
• Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.

About you

Qualifications:
Education
• Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferably Commerce).
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree.

Experience
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in the BPO/KPO industry (Insurance Domain).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead on paper.
• Must currently be designated as a Team Lead.
