Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of software development experience to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications for a large financial services organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across backend, frontend, cloud, and integration technologies, with a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks.
- Build and support scalable REST APIs, backend services, and microservices-based architectures.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Integrate applications with enterprise systems, third-party services, and ITSM platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues,



perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, performance, and operational excellence standards.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring of team members.
- Support Agile development practices and CI/CD-driven delivery models.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional software development experience .
- Proven experience supporting and delivering solutions within a large financial services organization .
- Strong programming expertise in Python .
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application development.
- Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs .
- Experience designing and orchestrating microservices architectures .
- Proficiency in front-end developm
