We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Domestic Hindi Voice Process role. This position is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi.
- Provide customer support and address customer queries.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
- Document call details and customer interactions accurately.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency.

Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Valuable communication skills in English are a plus.
- Basic computer skills,



including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle customer complaints effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
