Grassroots Study Abroad is hiring an experienced Study Abroad Counsellor to join our growing team in Bangalore.

We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience in international education counselling, with prior experience in counselling students being mandatory.

This is a 100% Work From Office role and is suited for a counsellor who wants to take ownership,



work closely with students and contribute to the growth of our study abroad business.

Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities based on their academic profile, career goals and budget.
• Guide students on universities, courses, admission requirements and application processes.
• Manage the student journey from initial counselling through application and admission.
• Follow up with students and maintain an active counselling pipeline.
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams wherever required.
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve counselling, application and enrolment targets.
• Stay updated on university requirements, intakes, scholarships and visa-related developments.

Requirements
• Prior experience as a Study Abroad Counsellor / International Education Counsellor.
• Multi destination counselling experience is mandatory.
• Solid knowledge of European
