Role Description The Academic Coordinator at The TuitionE will oversee daily academic operations, including scheduling classes, aligning teaching plans with curriculum requirements, and ensuring consistent quality of instruction. Responsibilities include coordinating with tutors and learners, monitoring academic progress, and providing guidance on course selection and study planning.



The role involves reviewing and updating curriculum materials, supporting academic policies, and addressing learner and family queries in a professional and timely manner. The Academic Coordinator will collaborate with the leadership team to improve academic processes and contribute to data-driven decisions. This is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata.
Qualifications
• Background in Education and experience in school or tutoring environments; understanding of ICSE, CBSE, IGCSE and IB boards is preferred.
• Skills in Curriculum Development and academic planning to support structured, outcome-oriented learning programs.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with learners, families, and teaching staff.
• Experience in Academic Advising, learner guidance, and providing support for study plans and academic pathways.
