We’re hiring | Senior Manager—Sales & Business Development

Prime Pack, Bhopal, is looking for an experienced packaging sales professional to develop business across Indore, Pithampur and Dewas.

? Based in Indore/Pithampur, with regular travel to our Bhopal factory.

We’re looking for someone with:
• 7–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corrugated packaging.
• A proven record of independently acquiring and growing industrial accounts.
• Strong understanding of packaging specifications, costing and commercial negotiations.
• Experience coordinating samples, customer approvals, repeat orders and payment collections.
• Existing industry relationships in Madhya Pradesh. Mono-carton sales experience would be an advantage.

The role:




• Identify prospects and win recent business.
• Work closely with our production team on practical, competitive packaging solutions.
• Build profitable, long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain a clear pipeline of meetings, quotations and follow-ups.
You’ll work directly with management and take ownership of developing the territory.
Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-linked incentives, based on experience.
