Lead teaching quality, faculty capability, and student engagement through classroom observation, faculty development, curriculum review, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Background

• Retired Army professionals with solid academic/administrative experience

• 12–15 years in higher education, faculty development, or academic leadership

• Postgraduate qualification (Ph.D. preferred)

Key Focus Areas

• Classroom observation & teaching quality review

• Faculty training need analysis & development plans

• Outcome-Based Education (OBE) implementation

• Student engagement & academic quality improvement
