We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Technical Business Analyst - User Interface Experience.

In this role, you will:

• The Business Insights (Markets and Securities Services Business Insights) function provides a comprehensive suite of management information to key stakeholders across Operations, Front Office and regulators at Markets and Securities Services Operations sites.



The function adds value through insightful analysis, effective data visualisation and a forward-looking insights and data strategy. Assistant Vice President Business Insights will lead the delivery of the Business Insights book of work, working collaboratively with the wider team and relevant stakeholders. The role will be accountable for driving priorities forward, translating business requirements into high-quality Artificial Intelligence - enabled reports and intuitive visualizations, and ensuring that reporting delivers clear, actionable insights for decision-making.

• The role will combine strong business insight, Artificial Intelligence awareness, visualisation and User Experience design skills to develop reporting solutions that are accurate, accessible and aligned to stakeholder needs. The role will also support the continued development of the Manual Process Register, a central inventory of Operations processes and
