We need someone who turns raw footage into reels people actually finish.
What you'll do
• Edit up to 75 pieces a month: reels from our in-house creators, plus ad cuts from creator footage
• Own the first second: hooks, pacing, captions, sound, colour
• Ship rapid, read the numbers, recut what works
You have
• A short-form portfolio (Reels/Shorts) with real views
• Fluency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut
• Bonus: fashion, lifestyle or D2C ad work
