We’re hiring a Head of HR & Organisation Development at Coropex Packaging India Private Limited.

? Gurgaon HQ | Reporting to the Managing Director | Regular factory visits

India’s packaging industry is expanding with rising FMCG and packaged-food demand, growing retail and e-commerce, and the shift towards sustainable packaging.

At Coropex, our next five years of growth require capable leaders, clear accountability and people systems that grow with the business. We’re looking for a hands-on HR leader to help build that organisation.

Your mandate:
• Design organisation structures, reporting lines and workforce plans linked to expansion.
• Develop department heads, supervisors and successors for critical roles.
• Strengthen hiring,



performance management and compensation systems.
• Build consistent HR practices, employee relations and workforce stability across both factories.

Who we’re looking for:
A manufacturing HR skilled, ideally with 12–18 years of relevant experience, who has personally built teams, implemented systems and led organisational change in a growing business with multiple plants.
You should be comfortable partnering with the MD on future organisation design and working with factory teams to make it happen.
