Role Description

The Account Receivable Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru, Koramangala location. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing customer invoicing, tracking payments,



and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.

Daily tasks include reconciling customer accounts, following up on outstanding invoices, handling payment-related queries, and preparing regular aging reports and collections summaries. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, supporting audit and compliance requirements related to receivables, and contributing to process improvements for better cash flow management.

The Account Receivable Executive is expected to work closely with finance and client-facing teams to ensure timely collections and strong client relationships.

Qualifications
A minimum of three years of experience in Accounts Receivable.

Demonstrated strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with capabilities in basic reporting an
