Role Description The Operation Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, supporting day-to-day bus operations and service delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring route performance, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely departures and arrivals across the electric bus fleet. The role involves tracking operational data,



preparing basic reports, and supporting compliance with safety and quality standards. The Operation Executive will collaborate closely with depot staff, drivers, and management to resolve operational issues, optimize resource utilization, and maintain high service reliability. This position also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process gaps and supporting implementation of operational best practices.
