Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru. This role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and supporting key accounts across Hudmas Ventures’ portfolio sectors. The specialist will execute marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities,



and analyze market trends to support brand positioning and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, providing service-focused support, delivering product or service presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales and marketing initiatives. The specialist will also assist in training team members on sales processes, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and preparing regular performance reports.
