Role Description The Associate Director Global Business Development & Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore,



responsible for driving international growth for Medgel’s softgel portfolio. This role leads global business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing current markets, customers, and strategic partnerships across pharmaceutical and nutraceutical segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, managing the international sales pipeline, negotiating commercial agreements, and overseeing key accounts to ensure sustainable revenue growth. The role also involves shaping global marketing strategies, positioning Medgel’s capabilities and certifications, coordinating participation in international trade shows and industry events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on product launches and market entry.
