We are looking for a hands-on marketing leader who can build AdGurilla's market presence, authority, partnerships and demand-generation engine.
We are not looking for someone to simply manage social media. We are looking for someone to build the market for AdGurilla.? Your MissionOwn and lead the complete marketing function at AdGurilla:
Brand → Authority → Audience → Partnerships → Demand → Qualified Leads → Sales Pipeline → Revenue
You will work closely with the Founder and Sales team to turn marketing activities into measurable business opportunities.
? Key Responsibilities1.



Marketing & Growth Strategy• Build and execute AdGurilla's overall marketing strategy.
• Define target audiences, positioning and go-to-market campaigns.
• Develop channel-wise marketing plans and monthly growth targets.
• Identify high-performing channels and continuously optimize marketing ROI.

2. Brand & Authority Building• Establish AdGurilla as a recognized brand in the offline advertising ecosystem.
• Build thought leadership across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Develop industry content, insights, reports, case studies and campaigns.
• Drive PR, podcasts, webinars, events and industry collaborations.

3. Lead Generation & Demand Generation• Build a consistent B2B lead-generation engine.
• Generate qualified leads from brands, agencies and businesses.
• Use LinkedIn, email, partnerships, content, events, communities, SEO, paid campaigns and other relevant channels.
