Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager – Brand, CRM & Growth to join our marketing team and own key areas across brand, CRM, customer engagement and marketing execution.

You will work closely with marketing leadership to translate ideas and positioning into a distinctive brand experience - across campaigns, content, schools, events, landing pages, CRM journeys and every customer touchpoint. This role sits at the intersection of brand, CRM, AI and growth. We are looking for someone with strong creative judgment and exceptional communication skills who is equally comfortable developing a campaign brief, working with schools, rewriting a landing page, building a HubSpot journey, analysing customer engagement or experimenting with AI to improve how the team works.
