Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 5–10 years of experience to lead and optimize our digital acquisition, performance marketing, analytics, and marketing automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in paid media, campaign optimization, tracking & attribution, marketing analytics, reporting, budget management, and conversion optimization. The candidate should be comfortable working with data, identifying growth opportunities, and translating marketing performance into measurable business outcomes.
Experience in team handling, CRM/MarTech implementation, and the financial services industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance and growth marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.

Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms.

Own marketing budgets, campaign allocation, forecasting, and performance optimization.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, ROI, CAC,



CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and lead quality.

Build and optimize full-funnel customer acquisition journeys, from awareness and lead generation to conversion and retention.

Implement and maintain conversion tracking, UTM structures, attribution, and analytics frameworks.
Analyze campaign, funnel, customer, and revenue data to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
Develop performance dashboards, MIS, and management reports using analytics and BI tools.
Work closely with sales and business teams to improve lead quality, lead-to-customer conversion, and revenue attribution.

Drive CRO, A/B testing, landing-page optimization, audience segmentation, and retargeting initiatives.
Manage and optimize CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, email, WhatsApp, and lead-nurturing workflows.
