Digitechniks is an AI Agent Powered B2B Lead Generation company based in Bangalore. We are not a traditional digital marketing agency. We build and run outbound systems where AI Agents source and filter prospect data, write personalised messages, run LinkedIn and cold email campaigns, and manage LinkedIn replies until a meeting is ready to hand over.

Our clients are B2B companies across industries who want a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings, mostly in the US, UK, ANZ and UAE.

About the Role

You will own day-to-day delivery of AI Agent powered LinkedIn and cold email outreach for multiple client accounts. The core of the role is data: sourcing B2B prospect lists, then filtering and qualifying them with Claude and N8N workflows so only ICP-fit leads reach outreach. You will then launch, monitor and optimise campaigns, and report results to clients.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Data Sourcing
- Translate each client's ICP into LinkedIn Sales Navigator filters and build prospect lists




- Source and enrich contacts using Apollo.io, Clay and similar tools; find and verify business emails
- Spot trigger signals (hiring, funding, acquisitions, leadership changes) to prioritise accounts

AI Data Filtering and Qualification
- Run prospect lists through Claude-based filtering prompts to qualify leads against ICP rules and tag them by priority
- Build and maintain N8N workflows that automate sourcing, enrichment, filtering, scoring and handover into outreach tools
- Keep data clean: dedupe, flag unknowns for enrichment, and log exclusion reasons

LinkedIn Outreach
- Set up and run campaigns on Sales Robot, including connection requests and follow-up sequences
- Configure and monitor the AI Inbox Manager so replies are handled until the prospect is ready for client handover
- Protect account health: daily limits, acceptance rates and profile hygiene

Cold Email Outreach
- Set up sending infrastructur
