Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR to lead the global HR function and partner with leadership to build a scalable, high-performing organization. The role will oversee both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations across regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead global HR strategy across regions, including workforce planning, cost optimization, organizational design, and talent strategy.
• Partner with senior leadership on business strategy, HR transformation, organizational growth, and workforce planning.
• Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring clear goals, accountability, performance, and effective delivery of HR services.
• Build and scale HR processes, policies, systems, and operational frameworks to support business growth.
• Oversee core HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
• Own and oversee HR technology platforms, including HRMS, ATS, payroll, performance management, and other HR systems, ensuring effective utilization, data accuracy, and process integration.




• Drive HR automation, analytics, dashboards, and technology-enabled process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements across regions.
• Drive compensation benchmarking, rewards strategy, workforce cost modelling, and perks programs.
• Lead performance management frameworks, including OKRs, KPIs, performance reviews, and 360° feedback.
• Drive succession planning, leadership development, career development, and talent management programs.
• Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, recognition, and employee experience initiatives.
• Strengthen organizational culture, employee communication, and engagement across geographies.
• Establish HR governance, controls, reporting, and audit processes to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance.
