Job Description: 1. Drafting & Drawing Preparation:

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D engineering drawings, blueprints, and shop floor layouts using AutoCAD.

- Design layout plans for plant machinery, material handling systems, heavy structural steel fabrication, and sheds.

- Create accurate sectional views, elevations, and assembly drawings with accurate dimensional tolerances (GD&T;).

2. Structural & Mechanical Detailing:

- Draft structural detailing drawings for columns, beams, trusses, and industrial piping layouts.

- Prepare manufacturing and fabrication drawings for heavy steel plant equipment and components.

- Update existing drawings based on As-Built site measurements and engineering change orders (ECNs).

3. BOM & Technical Documentation:

- Generate comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) and part lists corresponding to design blueprints.

- Maintain a well-organized digital repository of all design files, revisions, and project documents.

4. Coordination & Quality Compliance:

- Coordinate cross-functionally with production, quality control, and site execution teams to resolve design discrepancies.

- Ensure all designs comply with relevant industrial standards (e.g., BIS, IS Codes, ASME).
