Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our IT Services team, where you will play a pivotal role in architecting and delivering advanced software solutions. This position focuses on leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including AI copilots and Large Language Model (LLM) coding assistants, to enhance development efficiency and product capabilities. The ideal candidate will drive innovation by integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) features and AI APIs into cloud-native applications, ensuring scalable and secure systems. With a required tenure of 8 to 15 years, this role demands a qualified who can navigate complex technical landscapes, manage robust CI/CD pipelines, and mentor teams while contributing to high-impact projects. The compensation package is competitive, ranging from ₹18 to ₹22 LPA, reflecting the specialized skill set and seniority required for success in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Integrate AI-driven functionalities, including LLM-based coding assistants and RAG-based features, to streamline development workflows and enhance user experiences.

- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across distributed systems.

- Build and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing, build, and release processes.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, design system architecture, and deliver high-quality code.

- Utilize Python or .NET (C#) for specific module development, scripting, or integration tasks as project needs dictate.

- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering and security protocols.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Possess a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 15 years of professional experience in software development within the IT Services sector.

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Java Full Stack Development, with a strong command of Java and the Spring Boot framework.

- Show proficiency in modern front-end technologies, specifically React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Have hands-on experience with AI Copilots, LLM-based coding assistants, RAG-based features, and integrating AI APIs into production systems.

- Be skilled in Cloud-Native Development principles and have a proven track record of deploying scalable applications in cloud environments.

- Exhibit strong capabilities in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines to support agile development methodologies.

- Possess working knowledge of Python or .NET (C#) to handle diverse development requirements.

- Maintain a professional demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
