Responsibilities

- Architect and deploy enterprise-grade data solutions on the Snowflake platform, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

- Define and enforce data architecture best practices, governance standards, and integration patterns across the organization.

- Lead the end-to-end software quality assurance and delivery lifecycle for data products, ensuring reliability and performance.

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to data engineers and analysts, cultivating a high-performing team culture.





- Manage the integration and transformation of diverse data sources into a unified, accessible data lakehouse environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize data processing workflows.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Experience: 8 to 12 years of professional experience in data engineering, architecture, or related technical fields.

- Core Expertise: Proven track record in designing and managing Snowflake Data Warehouses and Cloud Data Architecture.

- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in data integration, transformation techniques, and scalable data solution development.

- Leadership: Demonstrated ability in technical leadership, team management, and mentoring junior staff.

- Quality Assurance: Strong background in software quality processes and delivery methodologies within data-centric environments.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

- Compensation: Market-competitive salary range of ₹18-22 LPA.
